ASO-Signal transmission
Safety contact elements are permanently monitored and evaluated by safety switch devices. On moving systems such as automatic sliding gates, the electric signal has to be transmitted by the mobile safety contact edge on the door leaf. In order to guarantee this transmission, different signal transmitting systems with ISK/OSK safety switch devices can be used. These systems are contact-free, making ASO signal transmission systems abrasion-proof. They have been tested and certified according to the guidelines of the latest European standards.
Optical signal transmission system
The optical transmission system OSK solves the problem to transfer the signal from the safety contact edges on the moveable gate wing to the stationary control unit. The communication between the moveable safety contact edges and the stationary control unit runs over an arranged infrared data beam. Optionally the system can be extended by a light barrier in passage direction, which is demanded according to the gate standards.
Signal transmission systems - Inductive
On moving doors and gates ASO-Signal transmission systems taker over the task to transmit the signal from the moving safety contact edge maintenance - and wear free to the control unit. This control unit guarantees a high level of safety by being redundancy.
ASO-Signal transmission systems of the ISK-series are supplied in different variations and configurations. It varies from a card which can be directly mounted onto the equipment control up to different types of housing, installation into a switching cabinet as well as the option without featuring additional electronics.
Each individual ISK system may be purchased as a set in which the coil core and the respective sturdy mounting fixtures are contained. When being developed we pay special attention to good design when it comes to the shape and easy installation. As the coil core are completely sealed they are protected from moisture. The mounting can be adapted to any given type of gate.
