Overview: Safety Bumpers are safety equipment on transport vehicles, AVG vehicles, high-reach fork lifts, freely moving systems, and everywhere the safety systems require large form alternatives.

Overview: Contact Safety Mats are for safeguarding sections in hazardous areas of working machinery, eg: presses, robots and other types of swivelling equipment. Walking on the mat triggers a control signal to the immediate-stop device of the potentially hazardous motion.

Overview: Gate Safety Contact elements are permanently monitored and evaluated by safety switch devices such as automatic sliding gates, which have the electric signal transmitted by the mobile safety contact edge on the gate.

Functional principle
Constant monitoring is achieved using the closed-circuit principle. The last safety contact edge in a possible serial connection is fitted with a terminal resistor, which is continuously monitored by an electronic evaluation unit. This design allows the entire circuit to be monitored for shorts and wire breaks.The guaranteed safety is documented by the various approval certificates in compliance with the German employers’ liability insurance association, DIN and EN standards.The est certificates are available on special request.
